Summary: The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcomed us with a warm smile. I wish it had been more soundproof – it wasn’t soundproof at all. You could hear people walking past, talking in other rooms, closing and opening doors, etc. Simply not soundproof at all. At a 4-star hotel, one expects not to be woken up by the slightest noise.
